A heap of Panettoni 2012 (December 1-2, Palazzo Benso di Cavour, Turin)

Organized by Dettagli Eventi, it was the first time that this typical Christmas sweet had a fully dedicated event. In the historical halls of Benso di Cavour Palace tiny food workshops, pastry shops and selected food producers came together under one umbrella, for a couple of days: top quality ingredients.

15 Masters of Taste were there with their “creations” related to the Christmas sweet and matched with the wines of the Province of Turin offered by the Regional Wine Cellar of the Province of Turin for tasting.
