This farm collaborates with others that are far removed from intensive and industrial methods but close to the needs of people looking for healthy, ecologically responsible produce. Partners feed their animals with respect for their natural growth rate and leave them plenty of space to roam freely. The farm sells Piedmontese fassone veal, pork from pigs raised on straw, chickens raised for 120 days, rabbits from the La Cerea farm, seasonal vegetables, organic cheeses and, above all, charcuterie: small cacciatorini salami, boiled salami, lardo flavored with herbs, 100% pork artisan wurst made entirely by hand, polyphosphate-, gluten- and casein-free boiled ham (Liriocotto), and prosciutto (Liriocrudo), aged for at least 16 months in Parma. The shop is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 9am to 7.30pm and products are also available online.
