The selection of “Masters of Taste of Torino and its province” eventually reaches its final step – the printing of the volume – represents not only a journey through taste but also a chance to get closer to food producers and the people who enjoy it. That is why the book is not just a mere list of the companies involved but also tells stories, experiences, style and personality of each Master disclosing the commitment behind each culinary product, achieved thanks to the people who worked on it and whose love and care created an added value.
From heroic autochthonous viticulture to the breweries, from cheeses to quality premium meat, from delicatessens to pasta shops from fish mongers to farms, from traditional pastry shops to creative chocolate: countless suggestions for unique shopping and outings in search of that special taste that is becoming more and more difficult to find.
Each edition has seen 40,000 copies printed over the last years with a free-of-charge regional domestic and global distribution during promotional events.
The volume is available in paper at the office for Relations with the Public of the Torino Chamber of commerce at: 24, San Francesco da Paola street, Torino.
On the occasion of the 2017/2018 edition the volume will become digital in order to discover the 182 excellences in an interactive way and by smartphone! Nevertheless the papaer dépliant won’t miss and it will contain the list of the Master of Taste and their addresses!
