{"id":950,"date":"2013-04-22T17:13:51","date_gmt":"2013-04-22T15:13:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.maestridelgustotorino.com\/the-project\/come-diventare-maestro-del-gusto\/"},"modified":"2022-11-02T11:42:59","modified_gmt":"2022-11-02T10:42:59","slug":"how-to-become-master-of-taste","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.maestridelgustotorino.com\/en\/the-project\/how-to-become-master-of-taste\/","title":{"rendered":"How to become a Master of Taste"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><strong>THE PROJECT<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The project is aimed at medium-small and small agrifood businesses \u2013farms and commercial and artisan enterprises \u2013 in Turin and its Province with at least two years\u2019 production behind them at <strong>the expiry date for the submission of applications.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Participation is <strong>free of charge<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>SELECTION<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Partly following the suggestions of the Province\u2019s professional associations, the Turin Chamber of commerce gathers applications and, in close collaboration with its Chemistry Lab and Slow Food, draws up the list of businesses nominated for the recognition.<\/p>\n<p>Businesses are required <strong>to observe all legal requisites on food hygiene and safety<\/strong> and their compliance therewith is verified in the course of one or more visits by representatives of the Chemistry Lab according to the procedures set out in the\u00a0 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.maestridelgustotorino.com\/assets\/DOCUMENTO-TECNICO.pdf\">2022 TECHNICAL DOCUMENT.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The nominees that receive a positive assessment from Slow Food and the Chemistry Lab pass the selection process and are added to the list of Masters of Taste of Turin and its Province.<\/p>\n<p>The businesses that apply for the recognition must be fully paid-up members of the Chamber of commerce.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>THE 2022 EDITION<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>In the 2020 edition of the project, <strong>215 businesses in Turin and its Province were recognised<\/strong> as Masters of Taste for the two-year period 2021-2022.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.maestridelgustotorino.com\/assets\/gallina-premiazione-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-18764  alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/www.maestridelgustotorino.com\/assets\/gallina-premiazione-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"546\" height=\"363\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3><strong>NOMINATIONS FOR SELECTION IN 2022<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>To nominate your business for selection as a Master of Taste for <strong>2023-2024, it is necessary to: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u21d2<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>fill in the <strong>MASTER OF TASTE APPLICATION FORM <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u21d2<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>send it to \u00a0<a href=\"mailto:sviluppo.filiere@to.legalmail.camcom.it\">sviluppo.filiere@to.legalmail.camcom.it<\/a> <strong>(from April to June 2023)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u21d2<\/strong> read the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.maestridelgustotorino.com\/assets\/DOCUMENTO-TECNICO.pdf\">2022 TECHNICAL DOCUMENT<\/a><\/strong> which outlines the selection procedure and specifies the necessary prerequisites<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u21d2<\/strong>\u00a0read the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.maestridelgustotorino.com\/assets\/INFORMATIVA-MAESTRI.pdf\">MASTERS DISCLOSURE 2022<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0on personal data processing.<\/p>\n<p>Businesses that applied to appear in past editions but did not pass the selection process must resubmit the PRESENTATION FORM by the expiry date indicated.<\/p>\n<p>Businesses that received recognition in the last edition do NOT need to compile the 2022 PRESENTATION FORM.
