THE VOLUME<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Until 2014, the selection of businesses was printed in a special publication<\/strong> which took the reader on a journey through the real flavours of a local area, thus connecting producer and consumer. Each edition had a print run of 40,000 copies and was distributed free of charge at regional, national and international level during project promotional events.<\/p>\n

BUSINESS FACT SHEETS<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Since 2016 the volume has no longer been published but all the fact sheets on the website have been updated<\/strong>. These outline the stories and experiences, the style and personality of each single Master, revealing the commitment behind each food product thanks to people who have made love and care in preparation their raison d’\u00eatre.<\/p>\n

THE BROCHURE<\/strong><\/h3>\n

A brochure containing the list of the Masters of Taste and their addresses<\/strong> is available in electronic and print versions at the Supply Chain Development and Valorisation Department of the Turin Chamber of commerce<\/strong> at Via San Francesco da Paola 24.<\/p>\n
