Crötin – Enoteca BistrotThis enoteca, virtually opposite the historic Gufo Bianco restaurant, was opened in June 2022 by the latter’s owner Elisa Cagnasso and Maurizio Zito, driven by their great passion for wine, evident already in the restaurant’s wine list. The Gufo Bianco now draws on the vast range of the enoteca, where it is also possible to enjoy lunch in a large, luminous dining room.
The enoteca boasts almost 900 labels, the lion’s share going to Piedmont, with great reds, some by small producers, and there is a shelf dedicated solely to bottles from the province of Turin, and another to Alta Langa sparkling wines. Ample space is also given over to champagnes and other French wines. The numerous large-size bottles on display are much in demand in the festive season, when high-quality panettoni are also on sale as a gift idea.
Open from 10am to 8pm, from Monday to Saturday.
