This small shop in Turin came into being in 2020 by virtue of Eva Collini’s passion for quality extra virgin olive oil. Here it is possible to discover craft producers from a number of different Italian regions selected for the excellence of their oils and respect for their local areas. Besides selling the oils, Eva organises guided tastings to allow customers to appreciate their scents, aromas and characteristics with simple food pairings. The shop also stocks Turinese vermouths, wines from small producers, preserves, sauces, foods preserved in oil, biscuits and other products linked to the world of oil. Both on the premises and at other venues, it stages themed aperitifs and group tastings too, again to spread the culture of oil and teach participants how to recognise quality extra virgin olive oil. Today Evo di Eva is a reference point for anyone wishing to find out more about and buy select products that raise the profile of the finest Italian craft foods.
