Entering this small but well-established brewery in Turin, you’ll be struck by the variety and quality of the beers on display. The place is run with great passion by Graziano Migliasso and Maurizio Griva, and all the beers are produced in the brew room next door to the pub. They are often the handiwork of Graziano, who has travelled the world in search of new beers, new yeasts and new hops, and loves coming up with new creations. Ipè, an IPA that is being constantly revisited and represents the brewery’s pièce de resistance, is simply superlative. Everything served at the pub is self-produced with the finest ingredients: the bread is home-baked, like the pan focaccias and pizzas, made with Petra flour dough, the meat comes from the La Granda consortium, the chicken is organic, and the Moncalieri sausage is excellent. A beer takeaway service is also available.
