Established in 2010 in Borgomasino, this small cellar in the Canavese area invests everything in quality and the promotion of local grape varieties. The guyot-trained vines are tended according to the SQNPI integrated production protocol with the support of an oenologist and professionals specialised in vineyard work.
Labels comprise Cino, an award-winning Erbaluce vinified in steel vats, and Cino Prestige, aged in wood casks. They are accompanied by three Passiti made with erbaluce, barbera and uva rara grapes, a rosé, a few local reds and FraGiò, a notable vermouth available in two versions: white (with an Erbaluce base) and red.
Palera produces limited quantities of wine bound mainly for direct sale to private buyers. The cellar is open for visits by appointment and organises a party every year during which it is possible to taste all its wines and get a first-hand view of all the work and passion that it puts into their production.
