On their farm on the outskirts of Turin, the Crivello family have bred dairy cattle and produced milk for generations, always combining eco-sustainability with artisan quality. At their modern high-tech production plant they make yoghurt (32 flavours), fresh cheeses such as Robiola d’Alba (including versions flavoured with truffle, chilli and chives), crema contadina and primo sale, and mature cheeses such as Turineisa, Granda and Sabauda tomas (at various stages of maturity). The farm also produces vegetable-rennet Robiola del Pianalto, Cardellina and Baija, and the mature toma Fontancervo. All produce is on sale at the farm shop, which is open from Monday to Friday from 3pm to 7.30pm and on Saturday from 9am to 7.30pm, and in select food shops in Alba, Turin and Pinerolo (see the map of points of sale on the farm’s website).
