The Panero brothers have developed this family farm, which began life breeding rabbits, into an important concern which also produces dairy goods at a regional level.

They are members of the Piedmontese Blonde Hen and the Carmagnola grey rabbit protection consortia, and also raise guinea fowl, hens, capons and roosters. A select diet based on cornmeal, soya beans and corn gluten meal ensures that animal grows slowly, thus enhancing the authentic flavour of the meat on sale in the farm shop (whole fresh cuts or oven-ready).

The cattle produce high-quality milk which is in part bottled and in part- transformed into fresh and mature cheeses: from Marghera, similar to scamorza, and Quadratello (aged 40 days), to Blu della Cerea, a blue cheese made with native yeasts, and Grandisnè, reminiscent of Castelmagno. The product range is rounded off by Delizia yoghurt.

Produce is sold directly on the premises (Thursday-Saturday) or by home delivery, three times a week.
