As the name suggests, everything here is organic. The strengths of the enterprise are the ingredients it uses, technical skill and years of experience. The milk comes from a farm in Aglié, where the cattle graze free in the pastures and feed on organic forage, and the eggs are free-range and kilometre-zero. The fruit flavours are prepared exclusively with produce ripened in the places of origin, while of the custard-based ice creams we recommend the crema reale, almond and fior di latte, which bring out all the excellence of their ingredients. Excellent non-fruit sorbets include extra-noir, made with plain chocolate, and fior di riso, made with rice milk. Cones are gluten-free, hence suitable for celiacs.
