About 20 years or so ago, Francesco Mina, a master coffee roaster, and his sister Elisa turned it into a modern place of cult for good coffee at reasonable prices. Scrupulous selection of the places of origin of the finest coffees, robusta and arabica, translates into numerous varieties, in granules, freshly ground and blended for moka pots – Fugace, Sublime, Gran Aroma, Gran Gusto, Gran Espresso, Puerto Turquino, Blue Bar, and decaffeinated – all produced with artisan methods in small qualities to preserve their taste and aroma.
They adopt the same professional expertise to select pods and capsules, compatible with all the best machines.
Seduced by the inebriating fragrance released around the establishment, it’s hard to resist the temptation to enter. Inside, Francesco will take you in search of exciting aromas.
