The winery was started in 1975 as a cooperative with 13 founding members. At the time, for many growers, work in the vineyard was largely a family passion that accompanied their jobs in factories. Today there are 140 member-suppliers managing a total of 65 hectares (50 of them planted with Erbaluce) and around 200,000 bottles are produced each year.

The DOCG Erbaluce comes in the classic Fiordighiaccio style, which has been around for about 20 years and enhances the aromas while reducing the acidity typical of the grape variety. Punto 75 – its name recalling the year of the first harvest – aims to return to the origins, letting the grapes express their natural characteristics without technological interventions. Baiarda is an Erbaluce aged in wood (500-litre tonneaux) for a period ranging from 10 to 20 months. The Metodo Classico sparkling wines, under the Goccia d’Oro label, include versions with varying lengths of time spent on the lees, from 24 to 96 months. These are elegant, complex wines that do not fear age. Rounding out the range are a Caluso Passito, a Canavese Rosso and a Vermut di Torino.
