Edit BrewingThis interesting brewery was established in 2017on the dismantled industrial area that was once the site of the Incet electric cables factory. It began life as a micro-brewery but in 2020 sizable investments were made to enlarge and modernize it.
Today the brewmaster, Loris Mattia Landi, is assisted in his work by Manuel Roba and Marco Ceretto: all three are graduates of the brewmaster course at the Agrifood Technical College in Turin.
The beer recipes, designed to appeal to every palate, are characterized by drinkability and a personality that is appreciated even by drinkers with refined tastes. The main product line comprises Blanche Noise, a wheat beer with mandarin zest, chamomile and Bengal pepper, the golden Mia, a light, smooth lager hell, the amber Glitch Slap, rounded and caramelly, Liquifade, and IPA with oats and American hops, Ipaconda, hoppy and resinous, and Double Dog, fruity and moderately alcoholic. The range also includes seasonal beers and labels produced in collaboration with other breweries.
All beers come in modern cans and can also be drunk on tap from the 19 spigots intsalled at the brewpub with outside tables next door to the brewery.
