In the morning, in addition to coffee and beverages, you’ll find a confectionery counter packed with over 40 types of pastry, from classic croissants and cannoli to veneziane (brioches filled with custard) and apple turnovers: everything you need to sweeten your day, maybe accompanied by the historic Sabaudo, coffee with cream and crushed hazelnuts. At lunchtime, instead, they serve a variety of sandwiches, classic Turinese tramezzini and mini focaccias. The speciality of the house however is leavened and classic cakes, from cream and fruit cakes to meringue pies, a tradition that has been handed down from generation to generation.
