Michele Giuliano Albo established this coffee business in 1950, combining his passion for the beverage with a desire to spread its culture. Today Giuliano Caffè works exclusively with high-quality ingredients which it selects throughout the world. The product range is vast and includes a 100% organic blend, Virtsusa, a 100% arabica blend with a sweet, very intense flavour, and Adagio, Concerto and Vivace, arabica and robusta blends that differ for country of origin. Then come the mono-origins, which vary according to period since they come from very small batches, and are not always available. Mono-origins undergo lighter, paler roasting which enhances their sensory qualities according to country of origin. Some years ago, Giuliano Caffè opened a café in Via Berthollet in Turin, where it is possible to live the coffee experience in full with tastings of different typologies of coffee and extraction: not only classical espresso but also extractions such as v60, chemex and cold brew. The company frequently organises training courses about the world of coffee.
