Giuliano CaffèThis coffee-roasting business was established in 1950 by Michele Giuliano Albo, driven by his passion for coffee following visits to plantations in Kenya. It is now run by Marcella Minelli, his granddaughter, who remains faithful to his philosophy of craft tradition, constant pursuit of quality and concern for the environment. It supplies its roasted coffee to the HoReCa sector, especially in the Turin and Canavese areas, the Valle d’Aosta, Milan and the Biella area, with an eye to the overseas market too. In 2014 Giuliano Caffè opened one of the first café’s dedicated to specialty coffee in Italy, in Turin’s San Salvario quarter, and in 2025 a second followed in Borgo Rossini. Besides selling specialty coffees in its cafés in Turin, it has begun to commercialise them in cafeterias all over Italy. It also organises training courses under a qualified, award-winning trainer for professionals and enthusiasts alike.
