In 2023 Cristiano Talpo and Marco Benenati’s project will celebrate its tenth anniversary. Their gelateria on Piazza Benefica offers customers light, easily digestible ice cream made with rice milk and natural sugars (stevia, fructose, coconut sugar). Standing out among the cream flavors is Snoopy: caramel, peanut, crunchy biscuit and chocolate flakes. Also very popular is the lemon cream: lemon zest, curcuma and vanilla. Fifteen or so cream and fruit flavors are normally available. Following the same productive philosophy of pleasing the palate while meeting the needs of people with food intolerances, vegans, sports lovers and those who calculate sugars and calories, the shop also sells baked goods such as pound cake, cakes and dry biscuits. New entries in the range are the spreading creams, available in four flavors: gianduja, peanut and cocoa, dark almond (plain chocolate with almond paste), and coconut milk and almonds. In the Christmas and Easter periods they produce special holiday custard to go with panettone and colomba.
