‘We say what we do and we do what we say – this is the recipe of Nevedarance. Ingredients, all certified and of the finest quality, come mostly from farms around Caluso: milk and organic eggs, full-fat yoghurt and seasonal organic fruit. Vera and Alessia’s project has put down roots in the Canavese district by associating new ideas and new flavours. Every flavour – from cremarancia (orange cream), purocacao (pure cocoa) and calusopassito (flavoured with Passito di Caluso wine) to saffron and liquorice – is made from a dedicated recipe. The same goes for the sorbets, all produced exclusively with seasonal fruit: hence figs, chestnut, concord grape and persimmon in autumn-winter and cherry, apricot, strawberry, raspberry, blackberry and blackcurrant in spring and summer. During the year tasting events are organised in which you can meet the fruit suppliers personally. Open every day, except Monday, from 12 noon to 7.30pm. Open every day in summer from 12 noon to 10pm.
