Here they make delicious colomba and panettone, respectively at Easter and Christmas, while their bauletto cake is perfect for every season.

A huge variety of grissini and bread is available. Flours are bought in from local mills, fruit and vegetables come from a kitchen garden in Rivarolo, fruit juices and sauces are produced by select farms, the almonds arrive from Puglia, and the hazelnuts are of the PGI Piedmontese variety. Every weekend a different bread with a seasonal theme is baked and there’s also a menu of specialty breads for every day of the week.
